Overall a good hotel. They do charge a $45 resort fee a day. It can be used at the cafe or bar. Lines are long in the cafe and coffee shops in the mornings. Great location, easy access.

As expected. Previous bad reviews over exaggerated. Did not spend much time in room but was clean and comfortable. Elevators crowded but manageable. Expectations of being in the heart of a busy city during peak visiting time (December) should be reasonable.

There were about 100 people in line trying to check in and only one person at the front desk. The majority of the elevators were out of order so we were stuck on the 31 floor at times waiting to go down to the lobby. The water pressure was awful. But hands down the worst was the broken elevators.

This property used to be very nice, it’s getting old a bit rundown and the rooms weren’t the cleanest , especially the shower ( lots of other people’s hair) however, the rooms are spacious , the staff is friendly and professional. You can’t really beat the location , close enough to walk to most midtown amenities and far enough away from Times Square it’s not so loud .
