The room is amazing. I stay in the city view room with the Times Square view, which is amazing. The room is clean and the restroom super clean and nice super new. I loved it. All the staff is amazing every one of them. I don’t know their names, but I everyone that I have been in contact with at the hotel is amazing. They’re helpful. They’re super nice and understanding and explained everything clearly my state is wonderful and I will be back to stay at this hotel again definitely recommended especially if you’d like to see Times Square we’re right on top of Times Square great views great hotel.

We landed early morning and tried to see if we could check in early. I had called the hotel previously as well to have a note placed on the reservation. After arriving, the front desk agent said they would try to have the room ready by 1pm. So we waited and tried to keep ourselves busy. We checked back to see if there was any updates and the room was not ready, even after the check in time of 4pm, our room was still not ready with no reason as to why that was. I called the hotels main support line and after getting off the phone with Hilton, the hotel staff informed us that the room was ready and gave us a daily food credit of $30. The staff was pretty rude and inconsiderate throughout our entire stay, I was really disappointed by the type of service and hospitality that we received over all and would not stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff were helpful with everything from opening the doors, to getting the elevator, providing directions, and they were all super nice. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Located right at the start of Times Sq, if you know where the “stairs” in TS are the hotel is right there. With the location, we were able to pretty much walk to everything we wanted to see with the exception of the 9/11 memorial. We had a hop on hop off pass, the first stop was the M&M store which was one street over from our hotel making it easy to get to the 9/11 memorial on th bus. The price point for the hotel was very reasonable for the location. I highly recommend tho hotel, we will be booking here again. This was our 4th trip to NYC and this was by far the best hotel for location, staff, cleanliness, and price.
