This hotel is in an excellent location making it easy to walk to almost any venue we were interested in. The facility was clean and modern, with plenty amenities. The staff were top notch professionals who were all very friendly.

Awesome location, great staff!

Hotel was able to accommodate our request to check in an hour and a half early at no charge. Also held our bags for us at check out for no formal charge (just tip) for a few hours so we could see a play. Staff was all very nice. Only complaint would be having to get assistance to get up to our floor as several guests room keys would not work to allow us access.

Very centrical and very clean! You are litterally in the middle of timesquare and if you get a corner room you can get to experience the best view of the city over all the experience was great

I really dont want to give a positive feedback because its a beautiful GEM in the heart of Time Square, NYC. From the bellman, hostess , room 3005 with the panoramic floor to ceiling windows, oversize fully granite bathroom, large led mirror with bluetooth speakers and 55in Tv. Everything looked new and modern. Will be back*

When we arrived the floor was wet, and the windows were open, the blinds were broken and wouldn't close. So I couldnt sleep at night nor could I open my suitcase on the ground.
