Great location, just an 8 min walk from Grand Central, 15 min walk to Times Square. Great balcony and decent sized room. Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Great location for our stay in New York. Right off 5th Avenue and walkable to Central Park, Grand Central, and numerous local bars and restaurants. Staff was fantastic and very helpful with travel to/from the airport and suggestions of local destinations (shoutout to Brandon and Vuk!). Rooms were adequate and public balconies on some of the higher floors were a nice bonus. I would stay here again.

Location was great! View from balcony room on 18th floor was beautiful but a bit scary if you don't care for heights. Staff and amenities were great, bed was just ok.

We enjoyed our stay! Front desk was kind, watch out our luggage as we arrived early and wanted to explore. The location made it easy to walk around, get to shopping, Central Park, Times Sq etc. We enjoyed a private balcony as well. We’ll be back for sure.
