The room was very tiny and had a tiny window. There was a lot of noise coming from the hall. He kept on getting it too hot, then too cold. Don’t be fooled by how nice the lobby and entranceway looks. The rooms are pretty shabby.

Its tv was broken, wouldn’t turn off. The bathroom wasn’t clean, had hair in the tub. The water from the tub also didn’t go down. The bed frame was also very dirty. Overall the customer service was good, lobby was really nice.

Pipes were noisy bathroom fan was noisy didn’t work. Phone line didn’t work to front desk had to call for service using our cell phone.No microwave or water. Water wasn’t working second day and no one notified us. Receptionist not friendly.ice bucket couldn’t find ice machines anywhere no map in room. Not as nice as shown on Website. Elevator was old paint peeling noisy. Price was extreme for this type of property. Small business around area friendly, very busy . Great little coffee place near buy just a few doors down. Uber came right to the door on time. Room was cleaned daily.

Very noisy heater, uncomfortable matress, back hurts for both of us, our floor had some nasty smelling liquid spilled on it when we checked it and our socks got wet. We wanted a king bed and got a queen. Room was old and too tiny.

The bed was by far the worst!! No support sunk when laid on it make noises with every turn! Left with head-shoulder-back pain!! Poor insulating around bathroom window leaving it freezing when stepping out of the shower. Hotel was clean but deff needs upgrades! Parking deck is available to you but 2 streets over from the location which is a little walk not convenient at all, we used the one across the street which was 150.00 for 2 days!

This hotel is okay but only okay. One day the elevator does not work. Next day light switch does not work. Then they fix it. The shower did not work. Then they fixed it. Coffee only 7-11 am.

Room was okay, but the walls are incredibly thin. The bathroom did not come body wash and the towels are really thin too. 1 of the 2 Elevators also broke 2nd day into our visit which was really frustrating so we were waiting more than 5 min each time. Overall, not horrible, but not great. You get what you pay for.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean. The elevators were slow, but I have experienced worse elevators other places. No refrigerators or microwaves in the room. I would stay there again.

We came here to celebrate our honeymoon. Our room was very small and we didn’t know we could request a microwave and a fridge until we had three days left. Regardless, it was a great stay but the room was weird. The coffee machine was in the bathroom, the lights seem like they were ONE tick away from breaking, and if a neighbor threw a door ours would shake (it felt like someone was opening it). If what you’re looking for is somewhere to sleep while you explore during the day /night — this is it. The staff is friendly, and the cleaners always made our bed.

I was double charged for an upgrade I had already previously paid for. The initial interaction with the front desk was uncomfortable. When I explained that I had already paid, I was told, “If you want to check in, you need to pay the upgrade again and then try to get a refund through Expedia.” It wasn’t until the following day, when we contacted the manager and involved Expedia, that I was finally refunded for the incorrect charge. It felt like a forced situation: either pay again or lose the booking. Additionally, the property does not match the photos advertised. The hotel is old, and only one elevator was operational, resulting in long waits — often 10+ minutes — only for it to arrive full. The room smelled moldy, and the bathroom had visible stains. For the price, the condition and experience were far below expectations. I do want to acknowledge that the manager was helpful with the refund process, and I appreciate that. However, I would not stay at this property again.
