Room was tiny and looked nothing like the photos. It was freezing and the heater did not work. Hotel is outdated and amongst the worst I’ve ever been to. Location to Madison Square Garden was the only positive.

Staff friendly. Key card didn’t work til the 4th trip back and forth. Bedding/ bed was great. Cleanliness I give 3 stars. Hotel is dated. Room was either freezing or too hot (was there in bad storm).
