The Renwick is a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful! They gave us a late check out after our flight delay made us arrive very late. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and it was quiet in the room.

The hotel was perfect for our family. Traveled with two young boys and the distance from Grand Central Station is perfect for getting around the city! Staff was very kind and helpful.

Good value, have a few notes…

I was in town for workshops so wasn’t spending lots of time in the room except for prep work. Staff at the hotel were nice. It’s walking distance to everything in midtown Manhattan, so that was a benefit. The rooms are NYC small unless you go up to bigger suites, bed was really comfortable. The desk was super tight and comically shoved in beside the bed. You had to crawl into the chair if you needed to work (which I did). The chair was also really uncomfortable. This is important if you are here for work, not a big deal if you’re touring the town. Water pressure in the shower was great.

The service at the desk was friendly and polite. The only issue we had was addressed immediately. The room was clean, and we always returned to a fresh room. We appreciated the location and found the street to be quiet while still in a good location for accessing public transportation and popular tourist sites. The hotel is older and maybe a little rough around the edges, but it had everything we needed.
