Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and well maintained. Plenty of towels constantly restocked. Bar and Biergarten were great. Ideal location, definitely take a walk on the high line.

We enjoyed our stay at The Standard, great location, awesome views, little Island across the street, morning walk on the Hight Mile, we grab coffee from Starbucks Reserve a block away, service was excellent super friendly and accomodating, definitely be back

Guest services were great. Room was great and also housekeeping. The lady was very nice. Food at the restaurant also good. The only thing was there was a family at our floor with a kid that every morning was screaming his lungs out. Not a fault of the property, but not sure if this hotel is right for kids. Was my second time staying and will definitely come back.

The hotel seems pushed to its limits. Always a queue at reception and hard to get anything done. Never able to get a cab, no help checking out and the concierge seems to have multiple jobs on! The rooms are lovely but the rest of the hotel is all style over substance.
