The room was clean, and staff was available at any time to meet your needs. My view was amazing. I had a King corner city view room. Love waking up viewing the city of New York!!! The Westin also gave complimentary tickets for 2 guests per room to a dinner cruise, comedy show, or museums. Along with $20 credit for breakfast!

Staff was nice. In a great area, walkable location. Room service was always quick but one downside was that there was no lunch option. Only breakfast or dinner. It would’ve been nice to have a lunch option (room service or restaurant). B/c of the location, lunch options were always within walking distance though. Would stay again.

I didn’t have breakfast but did have a few drinks at the restaurant and service was good. My only complaint is that they don’t make the entry/exit way for strollers accessible. It’s really hard to go through the revolving doors with a stroller. Other than that, our stay with family was great. This is our second time in New York and decided to come back to the Westin.
