I loved the Westin! We have been to NYC numerous times but this was our first time staying at the Westin. The normal places I stay were all booked. I am SO glad they were!! The room was by far the largest room I’ve ever had in NYC!! It was so nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful!’ GREAT LOCATION and so clean!!

Great weekend

After an issue with room not being ready until 445pm, the trip and stay were fantastic. I also have to say the manager named Shirley was very professional and understanding of our issue ( we had traveled all day and need to take showers before meeting people for reservations at 6), it cut our time short to get ready. But she got us into our room as quick as possible. We will definitely recommend your hotel and will be back

I loved the easiness of the parking, the room was very clean, service was great. Drinks at the bar in the restaurant were very expensive, and also I don’t like that booking through Expedia you cannot choose the room you would like to stay in, our room was extremely basic.
