First room was dirty, second was run down. Long queues for breakfast, hardly any tables for such a large hotel. One sofa in lobby, never any space to sit. Housekeeping was mediocre , bag drop was extremely poor service. On the positive, location and concierge was great.

Towels and toilet paper are Pathetic for this caliper of a hotel and when we requested additional wash clothes the staff entered our room even though the Do Not Disturb was hanging on the door and came inside and when I returned 15 minutes afterwards we were missing $360

The house keeper was lovely. She was kind and friendly and respectfully. However the hotel smelled, the bathroom looked beat up and very old and gross. One of my rooms wasn’t ready until 10pm. The front desk staff was rude. And I just did not like my stay there. But maybe that’s just Newyork.
