I will not book on Hotels.com app again. This is the 2nd time in a row where we had trouble checking in on our reservation the day of check in.Apparently the itinerary number isn’t recognized by some hotels and a real pain if not very aggravating to get information at the property desk…was very frustrating

The room I stayed did not had a working thermostat so it was hot. The front desk gentleman attempted to fix it but no resolution. He said there was no more rooms so I had to sleep in a hot room.

We drove from Canada and stayed at this hotel for family reasons. The Tru Hilton is a new concept hotel. I enjoyed the dining area. Parking was not as good though
