Terrible staff: it took several hours, 2 phone calls and 2 trips to reception before they provided toilet paper! The shower also did not work. I rang reception but nobody turned up to fix it. I simply gave up and washed up with water from the tap! The area in South Bronx was not pleasant. The room had a large flat screen TV with streaming channels though.

I SPEND OVER $500 A WEEK HERE AT THIS UMBRELLA HOTEL. 2 TIMES I CAME AND ASKED FOR MY ROOM TO BE CLEANED WHILE IM AT WORK. I LEAVE AT 8AM AND COME BACK AT 8PM AND NO CLEANING WAS DONE IN MY ROOM. WHEN I ASK THE FRONT DESK THEY SAY THEY WILL DO IT AND THEY DONT DO IT, I HAVE TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR BOTH TIMES TO GET ROOM SERVICE AND STILL DID NOT GET THE SERVICE.
