It was hard to decide on a hotel for my families overnight layover in New York close to the airport and this was the perfect pick. It was clean, smelled nice, the employees were very nice and informative also helpful , I’d stay here again for a longer stay in the city !

The esthetics were nice. Check in was easy amd pleasant. We were greeted by the famous Douglas. He informed us of everything in the building and recommended places to go. The rooms are very comfortable. Great size bathroom and shower. They even have late check out. It was hard getting out of the comfortable bed lol. Me and my husband loved it. Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend.
