Andrew at the front desk was attentive and helpful. Made our stay smooth and comfortable. Rooms are clean with lots of power outlets and storage. Toiletries need to be topped off in the bathroom, but otherwise no issues.

The staff was wonderful, the front desk staff great, the airport shuttle very easy and friendly. However I think it is important for people to know that the area that this hotel is in is NOT safe. All night we heard girls yelling profanities from the street. There were side shows and the police were right outside of this hotel several times in one night please beware that this is not somewhere that you can walk to dinner safely

The area around the facility felt very industrial … as in, we weren’t sure what we were getting into. The facility itself (once you actually venture inside) was beautiful and the staff were super helpful. Shout out to the rooftop lounge and its spectacular view of the city at sunset. Wow. Do NOT miss this!

I needed a room for the night. Cruising out the next day. Booked thru hotels.com . Extremely reasonable rate compared to other hotels near by . Was able to get a hotel shuttle even with late arrival. (Midnight). Check in was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. Rooftop bar was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.
