This is about 6th time staying fantastic service and staff at hotel always welcoming front desk clean rooms fast elevators & safe area plus close to many subway options had a wonderful view room but very small bed don’t even think it was a queen my fault should have booked a king bed room was spacious though nice complimentary coffee tea and water in lobby and the roof top restaurant is a bonus will definitely return very soon

Room with kitchenette was a nice size, comfortable bed and pillows and nice to have a nespresso machine in room and free coffee and refillable water bottles available all day with water filling stations on all floors. Easy location in Financial District.

Was promised a room for 3. We even called and made sure. The as said the room slept 3. At check in they said they’d deliver a roll out. When we returned after dinner and a show, 7 hours later, no bed in the room and was told if if I wanted a third bed I’d have to sleep on the floor. They had 7 hours to tell us they had no roll out. No texts. No calls. I had to sleep on the floor. Terrible.

I booked this hotel for 3 adults and was charged accordingly, but the room was completely unsuitable for that number of guests. The beds were small, and there was no sofa or extra bed provided—only an extra pillow and blanket, which is unacceptable for a booking meant for three adults. The room itself was cramped and not as described. Very disappointing experience and poor value for the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel for groups or families.

It was our first visit to this hotel, and we were made to feel like idiots when we would ask about things. I asked if a reusable water bottles were okay to take as it was late at night. The woman working the desk in the quarters lobby of the hotel didn’t look up from her phone and said “I don’t know, can you? You think they are there to look at?” Hey I get NY hospitality isn’t the same as southern, but when you’re paying that premium of a price to stay, I expect a little bit of courtesy but oh well. When we asked if it would be easier to take the subway vs Uber to MSG for a concert, the guy behind the counter said “so clearly you aren’t from here, but go waste money on an Uber” I mean come on. We traveled for the brothers concert and were so excited for the show, and the staff here just ruined the vibe. We won’t return.

Birthday Trip

Twin room was small but roomy. The beds were comfy but too small for anyone over 5’6. Our bathroom smelled of sulfur which wasn’t pleasant but we just kept the door shut. Staff is friendly and helpful.
