Room was fine—some staff were good—Jasmine. I was staying there because of a sudden tragic death in my family (my young grandson). I had booked 4 nights and realized I had to leave unexpectedly before the last night. So Thurs tried to get the last night refunded. The hotel refused. Not a pleasant experience. So needless to say, I certainly won’t be going back there.

There was no way to control the room temperature without the assistance of staff. The shower didn’t work in my room and the carpet was old and dingy.
