So glad I chose this hotel despite some of the reviews I read. The hotel/room is modern and spacious. Staff was kind and nice. Decided to sleep in so I didn’t try the breakfast. Great proximity to the prudential center. When it was time to the show we felt safe. Parking lot and sky walk is well lit and there was lots of other concertgoers in attendance. Yes there are two sort of downsides; 1) no restaurant on the premises for lunch or dinner but there were plenty of eating at the prudential center. We actually brought our food back and used the microwave in the lobbies market store. 2) alittle city noise from the street (an occasional car honk or an ambulance passing bye etc). We stayed in on the 7th floor so it didn’t disturb our sleep. If your going for a quick stay I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

I was here to see Kelsea Ballerini at the Prudential Center. They have a skyway from the parking garage so you don’t have to walk outside on the street. My only complaint is that there is no complimentary breakfast, there is a Starbucks like kiosk in the lobby for breakfast. The food and tea were good just pricey.

Pleasantly surprised

Room was spacious and comfortable. Although we were on a main street you couldn’t hear any street noises. Also convenience to the Prudential Center was a bonus.
