This place was Grand Theft Auto Boulevard. Prostitution, odd things happening on the sidewalks that are R rated, selling of drugs was happening on this street everyday from 7am to 3am. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNSAFE. It is a façade and the owner didnât care when I told him how unsafe it was. He said I canât control the people. Well sir you can control not lying about the area and the room itself on postings.
The host is a very nice gentleman. He replied to my questions quickly and kindly. This resort is a single-family house with a very strong smoke smell in the hallway and my room. My boyâs asthma was triggered by the strong odor. Some people were making noise until 2 a.m. The bed was very tall and uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep because of the smell, the noise, and my concern for my boy.
Thereâre some restaurants and grocery stores near from the motel. The room was clean, service was not so bad, but there was almost no Wi-Fi, that was the only problem.
I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It shouldâve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB Iâm looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasnât happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they donât do refunds and I have to call Expedia. I had just cash app them the money. They kept making a big deal to get my money back. I wasnât rude to them or anything. All we did was walk in there looked at the room and walked out. So I called Expedia and they said it could be 72 hours before I hear anything because they tried reaching out to the owner and couldnât get in contact with him. After some days went by the owner finally texted me saying he would be willing to give me half of my money back. Overall, I wasnât happy about this place at all. Customer satisfaction should always be priority. I will not be coming back or recommending this place
