Overall, the hotel is acceptable. Before booking our stay, I specifically confirmed that the pool would be operational, as it is winter, and I was assured that the water was heated. However, when we went to the pool, the water was extremely cold. This issue was reported to the manager. I understand that during the colder season, it is important for hotels to ensure that family attractions, such as the pool, are properly maintained and fully functional as promised

The room was clean and we got house keeping service every day, all staff were nice and friendly Breakfast was good and fresh every morning. 4 star is because of hotel location that didn’t have access to transport and there was no store around that.

Very friendly staff, and overall clean hotel. My only problems were it was TOO CROWDED and felt overbooked. We tried to eat breakfast and they ran out of space and some food. Rav the Lobby Ambassador was very helpful and friendly.

We were given a wrong room, even though we ordered a room with 2 double beds, and a pullout couch. The front desk rep started arguing after we questioned why we were given a wrong room. Next day we ended up talking to a manager, and she gave us a first night discount. She did offer to transition into another room, but we had to move out first and luggage storage area was not secure, so we did not. Overall hotel is in a very convenient place, free shuttle to EWR, and easy to get to NJ Transit from there. Great breakfast, and very efficient staff who manage breakfast. Clean premises, and ATM on site.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had many options. Room was basic and a bit dated but at the same time it was comfortable, clean and spacious. Room for improvement: heating unit was very noisy. Shuttle to airport left on time but from airport to hotel did not run as often as expected.

The facility was clean, staff was helpful, they have the best hotel breakfast buffet! The manager was out greeting guests on the busiest days. Would definitely stay again. Also, the pool was open even in December.
