My honest review

If you're not part of a group booking, there's no shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel nor an airport shuttle available for individual use. This was, unfortunately, the main reason I chose to stay here. I found that to be disappointing. Hotels.com and the hotel should make that clear. The coffee wasn't very good. I'm all about that "cup of coffee" breakfast, but I just couldn't drink it. The room was clean, but my shower faucet had an audible drip that wouldn't stop. To better suit the room, a larger TV would've been preferable. Its size is quite small. No knobs on the air conditioner in my room; figured it was broken, and it was super hot my first night. The following day, I spotted the thermostat on the wall. If the hotel wants to control the AC like that, that's fine, but a note would be nice. The toilet seat was clean, but the discoloration made it look gross. A cleaner look would be great. Overall, it's not the worst hotel, but it was just less than what I hoped for. The positives: - The staff was nice! - The bed was large and comfy. - The room is spacious.
