Property was updated and clean. Staff was friendly. The room did not have enough towels or pillows. The HVAC leaked onto the floor. Breakfast bar was available but NOT included. The breakfast bar was overpriced. They did have a cute courtyard area

Was not the room I booked through Expedia a month in advance. Was told that room was already booked by someone else. My wife is in a wheelchair and could not get her into the bathroom. Good thing I brought along a bedside commode. Forget using the shower. Impossible to get her in the bathroom let alone the shower. Also, could not get her wheelchair all the way into the room. We were only there for 2 night for a funeral so we made it work, but will never stay there again.

I’d stay again, but…

Overall 3.5 stars. The room was a great size. Front desk employee was superb, very friendly and attentive. The only 2 issues I had was the air conditioner not properly working and housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning. Day 1, I needed ice. I opened the ice bucket to retrieve the plastic bag and I noticed a sticky yellow substance on the inside. Turned me off. I went to the gas station across the street from the hotel to buy a cup of ice. Day 2 a second bag was placed inside of the same dirty ice bucket. At that time I was not pleased. I went to Walmart to purchase sheets, a blanket & Lysol. Yes, I’d stay again. Next time I’ll be prepared.
