Convenient location off 84. Property in dire need of maintenance. Rugs in room had big stains in multiple spots, drawer to dresser cracked and coming off hinges. Ice machine not working, A lot to pay for such a poorly maintained facility!

One night couple stay

I had to change rooms 3 times. The last room i stayed in didnt have a peep hole cover. Loud running of the halls most of the night. Early morning screams in the hall. Horrible night stay. The employees were nice but will never recommend staying here.

Newburgh

No pool, no bar, no doors allow access but front doors because they don't work. Bathroom door was falling off and the hotel needs a lot of work. It looked nice at one time.

The interior of the hotel when I first got him was lovely. But once I got up to my room, I didn’t feel safe. There were screaming in the hallway. I don’t find the bathroom to be clean and I don’t feel comfortable on nor safe:( I’d like to reach out to Expedia to see if I can get them to refund my money and see if I can leave at 1:26 AM and I’m exhausted but I don’t think I’m going to sleep well here if at all.

At 1st we were a bit taken back as when we pulled up there were a few people sitting by there cars with chairs in the parking lot. However, staff was friendly, room was clean, and they have a nice little snack area for purchase, which was convenient. Not to mention our room was right off the elevator, but was quiet.

Didn't like that people were hanging out in the parking lot and smoking weed. Place is Outdated. The room smells like cigarettes. This place seems like it's being used as a shelter. And if it is, they should let you know
