Fantastic property and an amazing location. Loved being able to step off the back deck right onto the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Dream Vacation!

This is a prime location for relaxation, ocean views, and beach access. We had plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults, 2 tween boys, and our little dog. Rob is an excellent host and provided so many beach and vacation necessities. It made packing and enjoying our time a breeze. I would have booked a second trip back this summer if it wasn’t already sold out! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you!!!!

Time out therapy!

Spur of the moment booking lead us to this wonderful beach house to get away from the craziness of the world
. It could not have been better! Sitting in the chairs facing the ocean with my feet in the sand
 perfect
and it was warm and sunny the days we were there. Very dog friendly house and beach! We will definitely be back.

Perfect little cottage with amazing view!

This is an unpretentious perfect little cottage high enough to have amazing views, yet be “on” the beach. Nicely appointed without any beach “cuteness.” We loved it.

Perfect spot for our weekend stay in the North Shore area

We were in the area for a 90th birthday party in our family in Danvers. This place was perfect for my family of 3 (me, my wife, and son). We enjoyed the sunrises, walks on the beach, and great local restaurants on Plum Island and in Newburyport. This house is small, but very cozy and perfect for a small group (only one bathroom, so that needs to be considered, but it was not a problem for us). We will likely use this place as our HQS for every family visit from now on (we are from the Chicago area). We loved this place and recommend it highly!!!

Can't beat the location, interior could use some love

This property is right on the beach. You can't beat the views or the access to the water. We enjoyed our coffee with our feet in the sand every morning. The inside of the property needs some love. The hosts did provide thoughtful details like an assortment of local snacks, and the house generally has all needed amenities. However, the air conditioners in the living room and bedroom need replacing due to overuse and lack of cleaning. Most significantly, the mattress in the master is unacceptable. The mattress was a sagging pit, which was attempted to cover with a fluffy mattress cover. I had back pain after one night and had to sleep on the floor of the living room for the rest of my stay. If you need any sort of supportive bedding, this is not the right place for you.

Perfect getaway!

Beautiful location. Responsive helpful host. Loved coming up before the beach was too crowded, and seeing all the dogs able to enjoy themselves on the beach! Beautiful historic homes to see in Newburyport. Nice shopping and plenty of yummy places to eat.

Perfect beach getaway

This is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing weekend at the beach in a great location. We woke up each morning and walked with our pup on the beach and then drove 10 minutes into Newburyport to explore. Highly recommend for a fall getaway!

A great little place by the sea

What a view! Steps away from the ocean, a perfect and easy location. I personally love the off-season, so October was so peaceful and beautiful. Parking was great, (not always a given on Plum Island). Made for a great homebase.

Fabulous Fall Getaway!

Had a wonderful week of sunrises, sunsets and walks on the beach. Location was great for exploring all the island has to offer along with Newburyport which was a short drive to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. Rob is a very responsive and gracious host. The cottage was perfect. Incredible views from every window. The Adirondack chairs nestled in the dunes were our favorite afternoon spot to sip wine and take in the soothing sites and sounds of the ocean. Hated to leave and can’t wait to come back again.

Great Location with amazing views@

We spent 2 nights in Rob's apartment on right on the beach. Our two dogs loved running on this VERY dog friendly beach. The place was great with more than enough room for us. We loved the town of Newburyport and the long walks on the beach. I would recommend and hope to returns soon!

Perfect Spot

We had the best week at this sweet beach front property. It’s so challenging to find a spot that is actually on the beach, we were worried it was too good to be true before we arrived. It was the perfect place for us. The windows make it feel like you’re taking advantage of the beach even when you’re inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable and felt luxurious. The kitchen was small but perfectly functional for what we needed (and impressively well stocked). The access to the beach is unrivaled and the proximity to Newburyport was an added bonus. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Relaxing Break

This getaway was exactly what our family needed. The spot is gorgeous, Rob provided everything we needed. This property has absolutely amazing beautiful view. We had a great week at the beach!

This house is on the sand, right in the middle of all the PI action. It’s like waking up in a postcard. Rob took good care of us, and it was so nice to be on the beach right out the front door. The house is a little rustic but has everything you need. Our dog enjoyed walks on the beach after 5:30, and we liked walking to the Sunset Club for drinks. Great stay!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We loved this place and the location. Perfect for a small family with young children. Walking distance to food and little shops. Hosts are wonderful. They were easy to contact and responded quickly. They even set out a treasure hunt for my daughter! We would definitely go back!
