Pest control not done in the property, saw too many cockroaches and spiders inside and in the garrage too. Wifi wasn't working for majority of our stay in the unit. Toaster provided wasnât working. Too little space around the garrage to park the car as neighbours were parking their vehicle outside the garrage and found more than 2 to 3 cars parked outside the units in little space in front. Staff wasn't that supportive too in terms of offering practical solutions to issues raised. They were expecting guests to follow up for the issues and fixing it themselves.
We could not stay as they did not provide access codes. 2 hours on phone to Wotif they moved us properties as they also couldnât get codes required to stay. We tried for 2 days prior, sent emails⊠no communication until 2 hrs prior to check in on which they advised due to matinenabce would be moving us properties. Terrible communication, no service. Thank goodness Wotif could help us on a long weekend!
