The host did not answer one single message I sent.Extremely difficult to find.Check in information given at last minute, appalling.Codes for entry didnât work, took five phone calls and nearly 1 hr to be able to enter building.Eventually once inside it was ok, but extremely small.Booked through stayz, but all correspondence was from Newcastle executive apartments, very confusing.
The property was clean and well stocked for appliances.
Not much happening in the area. But otherwise well presented was a walk up a few stairs.
Could do with a security chain on the inside of the apartment.
The room was in a handy location and very clean however I found it odd to not have parking available, only 2 spots allocated to the hotel. We had to park out on the street around the corner. Communication could have been better. I was given room details and notifications while on my way to the room just 1hr before. Room was rather noisy as you could hear people in surrounding rooms walking around, talking and moving chairs, not very well insulated.
Throughout the two night stay both nights the alarm was going off. I called the number the first night and they just said someone will come close the door and turn it off and they didnât do anything and hung up. The second it went off 3 times. There is only three spaces to park and itâs very tight. We had troubles with opening the doors. Apart from that it is a lovely setting and really nice. There is no reception and you just enter with a code after an online service which I would say is a down side. It means you canât request anything etc. The room we had a kitchen which was very good, bathroom and a bed. It was a good setting.
