Great place and near to the centre. Well located and parking is a great plus. Bedding is excellent. Very clean apartment. We would certainly stay here again.
The apartment is great - well equipped and modern. It is located by the Hilton and is great for the quayside. I have only 2 complaints, the first is the contact person. I called, left a message and emailed Gary with no reply until 14.21 on the day I arrived. Check in was from 15.00 which is when I had asked to meet him. He said this was fine and then turned up 20 minutes late. the second is that the bulb on the landing was out. this wasn't too much of a problem going up on the evening, but when I got up in the morning as the downstairs door was shut it was pitch black and I had to literally feel my way to the bathroom so I could put the light on!! However, i feel neither of these points detract from what is a great two bedroom apartment and I would definitely use it again
Perfect location next to Tyne bridge but also next to Hilton hotel with late night noise and coaches and taxis coming and going so impossible to have windows open as too noisy but flat very warm.
Blinds block no light so also tricky to sleep in summer.
Location, convenience and cleanliness very high though so a mixed bag. Would go again but with eye masks and ear plugs
