Wonderful home!

We had the pleasure of staying in the home for a week. Great location. Well appointed and very clean. Tandem garage was perfect to store all the bikes. Interior stairwell to access the unit was a nice surprise. Only item I would say we noticed missing was beach towels, so don’t forget to bring your own.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we unloaded our groceries in the kitchen. We had purchased several bakery items, muffins, crescents, etc. we left for a few hours and came back to find ants all over the kitchen counters and inside all of the food. We had to throw quite a bit away. Burr White sent over more traps and spray but we still had them the entire time. Also, the shared laundry in the garage was very inconvenient. The other neighbors were always using it. If we managed to get a load in the quarters we’re all used up and we’d have to wait half a day to get any more. My other complaint would be the extremely dirty/old carpets.

This was our second year staying in the upstairs unit of this house and we really like it! It is spacious and I like the flow of the house. The master bedroom seems to stay cool, however, the other two bedrooms can get very hot during the summer months. I wish this property had floor fans (it does have ceiling fans). The unit is kept clean and is well maintained.
