Stay Somewhere Else
First night at property we had the neighbour from downstairs knocking franticly at the door telling us to stop showering as the water was gushing through the ceiling in her bathroom.
And it all went downhill from there. We were not allowed to use the whole bathroom for the duration of our stay. Which left all three of us using one bathroom for a month. We had to wait for a handyman to attend one day, (changed broken light in bathroom, sealed around base of toilet bowl and check out the broken air vent). The building manager attend another day to check out the leak. Then the building plumber attend also on a seperate day, and figured out where the water leak was.
The agency's property manager was always in contact with me. He was the only shining star during the whole ordeal.
There was no air conditioning and no washing machine.
The dishwasher leaked water throughout the kitchen. So we were doing our dishes by hand.
When we first arrived, we also discovered that the air vent in the bathroom didn't work and the bathroom light was broken. To me all of the above was contrary to what the listing of this property stipulates.
The location and the views are great.
