Wish I stayed longer!

This house was amazing! Many bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor was HUGE! I got this place for me and friends to stay in as we explored Newport for 2 days. I wish I was able to stay longer! There's so much we didn't see. Super close to Balboa Pier and a short drive to Lido House. The rooftop patio had a view of the ocean and sand. We all wanted to watch a movie at the end of the day and the living room setup was perfect for a small group. Overall, very comfy and luxurious stay! Only downside was the toilet paper.

Beautiful Home in a gorgeous location

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Michelle is a wonderful host! Our family loved the location and averaged about 7 miles of walking each day to really experience the area. At the end of the day, we enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck and playing shuffleboard. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

We had a wonderful stay. The property had literally everything you need. All the kitchen items, family games, anything and everything you would need for the beach, great location. The house was clean, the property manager was very kind and receptive. Highly recommend and would stay again.

PERFECT!

The house is impeccable and very, very comfortable! The pictures really undersell it. It is bright and very roomy. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is huge. The bathrooms are as well. The living room is large with plenty of seating on the large couch. The rooftop deck is awesome! The garage is huge. It’s completely stocked with beach gear (towels, bikes, boogie boards, frisbees, etc). It is a 10 second walk to the sand and right in the middle of everything (very walkable). You can walk to both piers easily. I really can’t say enough. And to top it all off the host/owner was absolutely a pleasure to communicate with (the check in process was super easy). The host/owner definitely made sure we were taken care of. Thank you again for everything! This is a property that we will 100% hope to rent again!

As advertised this is a great place to stay. The pictures don't do it justice it's even more spacious than I imagined. Had a little hiccup with check-in but the management team dealt with it. Would highly recommend.

Great house

This is a really nice place, honestly the pics dont do it justice. We had 8 people and we did not feel cramped at all. Double garage is huge for us Arizonans that drive out there. Living room is aweseome. master Suite and bathroom are incredible. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent vacation rental

As others have said, the pictures do not do this home justice. This is a beautiful, luxury home with spacious bedrooms upstairs and a great rooftop deck with views of the ocean. Walkable distance to restaurants, shops, beach, balboa island and the fun zone. The home is equipped with everything you need, off street parking in the garage so you don’t have to worry about finding a space. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and provided assistance with anything we needed. Truly an amazing experience.

This is my third year in a row spending Christmas on the beach. This was the best rental by far. Clean, plenty of room, great location, well stocked, very comfortable.

Best Place Ever!!!

Our family absolutely loved this beautiful home. Michelle provided everything we needed. The location is so close to the beach..the home is big, clean, roomy, fire pit, garage, bikes, comfy bedding, beach chairs, beach games, huge bathroom, awesome shower, everything! Best VRBO Ever!

We will definitely be rebooking this property again before the end of the year. We had a blast. The house was full of amenities and SUPER CLEAN! We were walking distance from the beach and the Balboa Pier. We loved the house.

Great location & house but.....

Pictures are very accurate with exception of side patio sitting area. This area is Very worn. We did not use it. Kitchen is lacking of & having old pots & pans & missing glasses. While the home is clean, we questioned the thoroughness of cleanliness. We had to move a section of the sofa to get a toy & it was very dirty with debris & dirt. Vacuumed out myself. Communication with check in/out & Wi Fi lacked as well. We had to ask about each one. TV's were challenging but host was great about getting us through it. Would recommend a Welcome Sheet with general information on it for guests.

Hidden Gem!

The listing does not show just how great this property is! Plenty of room, great outdoor spaces, well appointed with everything needed, and fun entertainment from a shuffleboard table to everything you could want for a day at the beach. Plus, it was such a great location being right outside the Fun Zone and just off the beach. We loved it! Hosts were very responsive and we would definitely recommend!

We stayed for about week with two families that each had two boys. The property was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We loved having access to all the beach supplies - chairs, boogie boards, bikes, etc. The house is so close to the beach and the ferry to Balboa Island. The host was so warm and friendly and made sure everything was okay. We loved the seating area on the side with the fire and the rooftop space with an ocean view. We are already planning our next trip there!

Great location

Our party of 5 enjoyed our stay on this property. We fit comfortably with plenty of space. The beach was a short walk, doughnuts at Seaside Bakery, lunch at Rockin Baja Lobster, riding the bikes were our favorite. If we were to come back to Newport, we would love to stay again. If there is a con with this property, it would be the beds are not that comfortable. Investing in a mattress topper to make them more comfortable would make it perfect. I still give this property 5 stars for providing everything you need for a beach vacation. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property. It is beautiful.
