Great family stay

Our stay was great the house was big and had a lot of space. It was great for our big family. The beach was great for the kids too. A little cold but we went first week of June. We would stay again.

The host and communications were wonderful. The place was outdated. It looks different from the pictures online. It needs a little TLC and there was a musky smell of how outdated it is. It accommodates a lot of people and love the serene ocean views just outdated. Carpet was dirty and old and ants around sink and in dishwasher and one bathroom had urine smell as well. For the price we paid it was not a 4 or 5 star. Also need more towels.

A Perfect Beach House for a Milestone Celebration

We stayed at this beach house to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. The biggest highlight was the location—the beach was quite literally right out the back door. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the sand each morning was magical.The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a family gathering. It had all the amenities we needed and offered plenty of space for both celebration and relaxation. The views, especially at sunset, were absolutely stunning and made for some unforgettable memories and great photo ops with our graduate.This place made a special occasion even more memorable. We’re so grateful we found it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway, especially for marking a meaningful moment with family.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the property for two years, and it is a fantastic loaction for parking beach access and the little courtyard on the beach, and the huge TV game room, and great neighbors. Jane at Burr White is a real professional to work with and is always available for our calls. The only negative we can think of is the weekly rental price of this home and all of the homes on the ocean in Newport Beach.

Location great! House- disappointment

Our family had a great time at the beach - great location. The house, however was a disappointment. Very dated, dark and not as clean as I would expect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/great room was good. But there was ants and mosquitoes! Window screens lacking in some rooms and broken in upstairs bedroom. The master bed room’s sink was very slow to drain and sliding screen off track (could not fix). For the price of rental the house needs updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time in this house. The property is beautiful and the views are amazing. Pretty much everything you need kitchen wise is onsite. Most grocery stores deliver now so that’s really convenient. Only two negative things to mention....while everything was pretty clean all the bathrooms smell like old urine. And there was not a broom onsite either time we stayed there. We bought a broom and left it there for the next occupants. All in all it is an amazing house. Check-in and check-out was quick. 10/10 would stay there again.

The kitchen is good, but the rest of the house had a musty smell- Carpets in house completely dirty- needs cleaning. There was not any trash bags in trash cans, non available in house. Normal item that should be available in rental were not- no liquid soap to wash pots and pans, no dish towel, no beach chairs, no soap bars in bathrooms... sent an email to Burr White Reality and they just said the previous people take things.... isnt that what a deposit is for.... Would not rent this place EVEr again. The smell is terrible....

The house is amazing, super comfortable, well located, fulfills all promises, I'd be in this place every time I come back here if she was disonĂ­vel. Very worth it !!!

For as much money as we are spending to stay there the windows should be clean! thank you

THE MATTRESS COVERING WAS SOILED AS WERE THE SHEETS. THIS MADE MY WIFE SICK & SHE DID NOT WANT TO SLEEP IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. 2. THE TV IN THE M.B. DID NOT WORK. 3. THE FLOORS IN THE WHOLE HOUSE WERE FILTHY.4. THERE WAS SAND ON THE BEDS IN THE KIDS ROOM,5.THE KING SIZE BED DOWNSTAIRS WAS HARD AS A ROCK & MY TWO DAUGHTERS COMPLAINED IT HURT THEIR BACKS. THIS WAS UPSETTING TO ME & MY WIFE , WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE RENTAL FOR ONE WEEK & I FEEL THAT I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO RENT THIS HOUSE IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. I WILL DEMAND A REBATE FROM B.W. WE SPENT A DAY & HALF CLEANING & MOPING THE FLOORS. EVEN AFTER THE MAID SERVICE CAME IN TO CLEAN. WE TALKED TO THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS, THEY TOLD ME OTHER PEOPLE THAT RENTED THE HOUSE AT 5911 SEASHORE DRIVE HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT SOME OF THE SAME THINGS WE EXPERIENCED.VERY UNHAPPY , BILL BEILHARZ .

2 weeks in Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time spending a 4th of July in Newport Beach, and I would do this again in a heart beat. My favorite place in the house was the kitchen area, where you just look out on to the ocean and also the patio area was beautiful and relaxing, (there was a problem with the umbrella on the pation table, it was broken) no worries, though, since we used our beach umbrella and we brought an EZ Up, which provided the right amount of shade. We had a great time!
