The location is hard to beat. The house was VERY clean even if in need of some work (floors worn, cabinets stick). The price was also accessible. The kitchen was well stocked and good quality for a rental. The three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was amazing. It rained during our stay but loved that there were chairs and boogie boards available for warmer stays. It was also quite quiet for such a central location.

We loved this place! We enjoyed how clean it was, each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony, the open layout, and the location. It's so peaceful to open the windows and hear the ocean waves crashing on the nearby beach. Having two parking spaces was a huge bonus!

Lovely property & great location

Check-in and text communication was very helpful prior to our arrival. The property is great for families with lots of room to spread out and have privacy. The location is steps from the sand and within a short walk to food and drinks. Also very close by a grocery store. Lots of movies, books and games for use if needed.Supplies in the kitchen were very well stocked and we had everything needed to prepare a few meals during our stay. The kitchen and supplies were very clean. Bedrooms and bedding were comfortable and clean. Windows allow great circulation and we also appreciated plug-in fans. Unfortunately, one bed was broken and couldn’t be slept in the first night of our stay, so we had to move the mattress to the floor in order to sleep. This was recommended by the after-hours emergency service as repair couldn’t be done until the next morning without having to wait awhile for their arrival that night.Shower handle was loose making it difficult to maintain water temperature, as the handle would move around. These two issues were remedied the next morning, thankfully, but we are still waiting to hear back from them about the inconvenience.

Lots of room and open spaces. Close to beach (few-minute walk). Great parking. Nearby (walkable) shopping and restaurants. One of the better rentals we’ve stayed in.

Great location!

One of our favorite family vacations is being able to spend a week at the beach. We are a family of 8. 4 adults (grandparents & parents), 4 children (7-13 yo). The kids shared a bedroom and the parents & grandparents had their own rooms. I have to say that having 3 full on suite bathrooms was one of the best features. Having on sight parking is a plus as well. Our Toyota Highlander did not fit in the garage but we found parking on our street pretty quickly. We had a second vehicle, a Ford F150 PU and it fit nicely in the carport tandem space. We ended up liking the fact that we had the garage to hold our E-Z up, beach wagons, boogie boards, and chairs. We always bring our own, but the property did have a couple umbrellas and beach chairs. The property location is a couple minute walk to beach, a couple streets from a grocery store and just a little over half a mile walk to the shops and pier. If your goal is to spend your days at the beach, you won’t be disappointed with a stay here.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the multiple patios which provided views of the beach. The rooms matched the listing exactly. Everything was clean. The parking was tight, but it worked for us. Plenty of towels were provided, and we had everything we needed to start our stay (TP, PT, soap). There is a grocery store within walking distance, which was also helpful. This was a great rental very close to the beach without being directly on the beach. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Newport Beach

Really enjoyed the property. We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving in November with 8 people staying here. There was plenty of room. It was great being so close to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Also, it was quiet at night and you can hear the ocean from the bedrooms which was nice.

Great place at a great value!

I stayed here with 3 friends (another had to bail on the eve of the trip) while catching the nearby AVP volleyball tournament. The place is clean spacious, the location couldn't be beat, the beds are large and comfortable, and management was responsive. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Great price too! Will definitely stay here on future vacations.

Awesome Family Location

The house was awesome! We were a short walk from the beach and could sit out on the balcony for breakfast each morning listening to the waves. With three kids, two of them teenagers, having a bathroom attached to each room was fantastic. Our garage door opener did not work upon arrival and within 10 minutes from me making a call, we had someone on sight. The garage is pretty small, so we parked are car in the carport the entire time. Area is very safe and people were very friendly. The house was immaculate and we will definitely stay here again! James & Tamara

Best location!

Just steps from the beautiful beach and boardwalk. Everything you need is within walking distance. We parked our cars and didn’t move them till it was time to go home. Super quick response from management when our thermostat needed replacing. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Highly recommend!

Great beach rental

Have always wanted to stay near the beach, found a long weekend in September to go, and picked this rental. A little big for our family (2 adults, 1 child), but I also needed a place that would fit my car, as I didn't want to do any street parking or parking on a lot far away from the rental. Overall, this was a pretty nice rental. I thought the beds were comfortable, and they had a ton of towels and linens, which really helped when coming in from the beach. All the decks had great views, although I wish the roof deck and the front deck had better seating. The kitchen had plenty of amenities, and thought the kitchen and appliances were pretty clean. Great location to the beach, just a short walk, like 5 houses away I believe. Pros to staying here: I have a Toyota Highlander, and we could have probably made it fit in the garage, but the covered parking worked just as well. Closeness to the beach, lots of space, lots of decks and views of the ocean/beach. I thought it was pretty clean. We ended up using the washer and dryer each day that we were at the beach. Beds were comfortable. Cons to staying here: I think this would be everywhere in Newport, but neighbors are noisy, having parties, etc. We saw a lot of college kids while walking the beach walk, so I think this is common when you're closer to the beach. The couch was pretty uncomfortable to sit on, and would recommend that it gets replaced. Oh, and having to check in at a separate location, Beachview Rental office - all the other rentals we've stayed at we can just straight to the rental. This may have been because of the garage remote and door code, but we've stayed at other places with a garage opener. Anyways, minor inconvenience overall. Overall, I would recommend staying here, regardless of the noisy college kids :)

Newport Beach did not disappoint and the home we rented was perfect. It was clean and spacious just as the ad specified. The view and location was perfect. It got a little noisy at night but quieted down at 10:00 pm. We can’t wait to stay again!

Have to use company to check in and out with keys so a little difficult if you don’t have a car, the stay was great can’t beat the location, the house has all needed amenities just a little outdated. Loved all the roof top decks!
