Could be better

Our stay was mediocre. They never came to clean our room, we stayed Saturday to Tuesday and they said at check-in they come every other day and to expect them on Monday morning, we left at 9a, and got back around 5p. When I called they said that I had the do not disturb sign our, which is not true because my kids were fighting over who can bring it in that morning. Then they mentioned that housekeeping was gone for the day and sent up towels. With two young children, our garbages were more than overflowing and our dirty towel pile grew fairly large. The pool was almost always packed when we went down, right before bed, which I guess us the normal time for all families to go.

The room was very clean as well as the pool area. But in the evening there was someone sleeping on one of the benches in the lobby area. Did not look to be a guest so I can only speculate. Also, the breakfast could use some work. Doesn’t need to be anything fancy but I tried to toast four different bagels and they all had mold spots on them.

Overall it was a good experience but I would like to say that the breakfast is just limited to the same items everyday ! Not much of healthy food on the menu! The pool gets pretty crowded with overweight people and kids which makes the swimming experience bit dangerous
