Everything qas absolutely amazing except for one person who was working there. As i went to get breakfast, we walked towards eachother and i said excuse me so i could get past. He responded with telling me to move very rudely. Other than that, it was phenomenal.

The Checking in process with Tracy was efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. However the toilet was extremely low. The breakfast order line was extremely long and slow. Therefore opted for the buffet selections. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

First the good - their customer service was off the charts. Especially the food staff employees and bartenders. Always helpful and happy. The food was sub par - breakfast eggs were always cold - if you weren’t getting the omelette. The rest of the food was very bland and not hot. The room I had 330 - was huge and beautiful super clean sans a couple kid toys hidden behind the curtain. The rest of the hotel was gross. Broken lights not working, tiles in the elevators cracked or missing, dust on all the live plants with a lot needing water. The decoration is from the 80’s and 90s. Cigarette butts everywhere just outside the entrance. I never had my room cleaned even though I was there for 3 nights. That was ok but still….i spoke to the front desk but nothing was done about it. The price was very very good so I guess I got what I paid for. Highly suggest you request a corner room - super quiet and large. Pros: price and room and especially the amazing friendly customer service Cons: dirty, dusty outdated decor.

There seemed to be some kind of event the first night we stayed and people partied in their rooms until 3-4 am. We could not sleep. The rooms are not at all sound proofed. The second problem was the second evening when we came back to our rooms we’d been locked out. We thought okay no problem we’ll go to the lobby and get new keys. As it turns out one of the night shift people changed our reservation to “no call no show” and canceled our reservation entirely. Thankfully the person we worked with fixed it and let us into our room. And thankfully all our stuff was still there. The noise was still bad the second night but it was at least better. The breakfast was lackluster unless you were getting an omelette. The elevators hadn’t been inspected since 2022 so maybe don’t use the elevators there.

The room curtains were falling off window in seating area, and bedroom. Mattress was horrible, middle sunk in. Noise and guests were unruly. Breakfast was not like it use to be. Evening staff was not helpful. Just run down for Hampton, Va.

The rooms were very clean and staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast area chaotic with extremely long lines to get an omelette made. However, overall the stay was nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

This hotel needs a complete makeover. Toilet overflowed twice, shower stopped up each time. Shower is only big enough for one adult, dont try to squeeze 2 people in it. Breakfast was cold every morning, food was horrendous, wouldn't feed it to a homeless person. Pot smell in the evelators and halls daily. On a scale from 1-10 I'll give it a 1.5. Highly disappointed, and I'll never go back!

Want wowed by the room. The sofa was very uncomfortable like sitting on a board. Room was small. Hotel wasn’t very well light. Staff was very nice. They took extra precautions to make our omelette gluten free by making in their own pan and brought us potatoes and bacon from the back.
