room was comfortable but somewhat unsanitary. Saw a couple of roaches crawling around, no blanket on the bed, and another guest was just screaming and cursing in the morning hours while trying to sleep. Ended up just checking out early.

Thought the team was amazing the beds were not the most comfortable, also i did find the limited internet access to be inconvenient when i was in my room. It was nice to have a full fridge but though the freezer worked amazing the fridge part did not seem to work right in my room. All in all it was an ok stay for only a few days
There was maybe 2 ladies that came and helped when I needed it. There was roaches, literal poop, and mold in my room, my door did not have a lock on it. And the customer service number that is on that green board at the front desk is in fact a steak house number, and they were beyond rude to me when I brought my concerns to them. Ms Jessica needs to find a new job and I will be reporting her to every company I can until she no longer has a job. The nerve to have an attitude with me when I paid for this bs is insane but I WILL be getting my refund for this. Idk why yall don’t think cameras work but they do
When i got to both of the room they had roaches every where none stop had to keep the lights on so they would not get in ny clothes or get on ne in my sleep

The hallways were horrible (no air conditioning, dirty walls, smell and horrible carpet) Had some bugs in the room(which made me not want to cook) the bed was horrible and found animal food on the floor (s the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned) and once again dirty walls which I wiped down myself
It's nasty and dirty. Roaches all in the room. Nasty sheets and no comforter or blanket, no trash cans, curtains have holes in them. Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches. Plan NASTY.

The only thing that was good about this property was the lady at the front desk. The original room I had the A/C didn’t work. The whole building felt like the a/c was out, it smelt like smoke, it was hella noisy. I didnt even stay the whole time I was there
Half way from Jersey traveling with our blind dog to attend my cousins wedding . Get a call that there’s a plumbing issue and that our room was cancelled . Not even considering to offer a room on a different floor . Very disappointed

This hotel didnt hold a reservation for a two bed room, so I was forced to cancel and make alternate accommodations
