Lovely easy stay

I stayed for one night and it was lovely, the room is great and so convenient being carpark facing. I did want to order food to the room but the orders had been halted which was a shame, but plenty places to eat within a short drive. Staff were very polite and helpful, easy stay.

This is hands down the best value for money stay I have had in the UK. Everything from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, down to the modern rooms was at the highest level of quality, at a very reasonable price. The Tassimo machine in the room was a really nice touch, not come across that before. If we were to find ourselves in that are of the country again, I will definitely be booking for a stay and a meal. Thank you.

Hidden gem!

I’ve stayed here before, hence the return visit. The staff are amazing, so helpful and ever so polite. The rooms are warm, clean and have everything you need. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I was out before it started due to work, but food in the restaurant is outstanding. The Guinness is also great, always helps! I’ll be returning again when in the area, hidden gem!

Great accommodation at reasonable rate

Comfortable and clean room which was well equipped. Fantastic breakfast. Issue with EV chargers not having signal was only let down but these are not run by the hotel but another company.

Lovely hotel. It’s my 3rd stay here. My only suggestion would be an extra server on breakfast to speed up service. And providing the invoice on check out rather than asking the customer to email a request for it. Other than that looking forward to staying again. 👍

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us after a very long travel! Food was great although the Camembert was served fridge cold Rather that gooey but was rectified quickly. Lovely staff behind the bar a friendly full of smiles waitress served our table . Room was very clean and had everything I could have asked for really. I will be returning , thank you for a lovely stay
