Is a good hotel, nice rooms, good location, close to niagara falls, what i didn’t like was the matresses, to hard for my liking, i recommend it, but be aware of the matresses, if you like soft ones, this chain dont have them, i have stayed in the same chain hotels in other cities, and all have the same hard mattresses

The check-in process was easy, the greeter was very nice. The parking lot was very dark at night, needs better lighting. Our room was a handicap room which was fine but the shower flooded everywhere because it didn’t have any sort of lipto keep the water in the tub. The door to the bathroom was very loud, stuck hard to open and mostly put in incorrectly. Our bed was extremely hard and the pillows extremely soft. The door to the hallway stayed open and didn’t automatically close, which made me feel very unsafe. All in all, way over priced. $230 for one night def not worth it for the distance from the attractions.

Everything about the hotel was great. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was we showed up at 3 to check in and our room wasn’t ready. It was about 330 by the time we were given the key to enter. Staff is friendly, the room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast room is big and they serve for quite a few hours which was nice.

Hotel was okay. Hotel policy is maid service 1 time for 4+ night stay - we asked for it at the halfway point but had no maid service the entire week. Had to ask for more towels and used a paper sack for overflow garbage in our room.
