I did not like that the property has no bathroom fans. The AC did not work properly and one bed was awful. It creaked very loudly every time you moved. The staff was helpful with getting a few items we needed, but had NO info about the area and I thought they should be well versed in that. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Best Hotel to stay at in Niagara Falls. I travel here monthly and have stayed at all the surrounding options. This is Hotel is new, modern, clean, quiet, and accessible to everything you need. They have a friendly staff and a nice bar and restaurant area in lobby. Steps from the Casino and a short drive to the falls. 10/10

The woman who checked me in was very kind and accommodating. I stayed in Room 513. The room itself was very modern, extremely clean, and the bathroom was the same condition. Parking was very easy and free. Staff is welcoming. I will stay here again. I was here on business but I would come here on a personal trip with my wife as well.

The hotel itself is fine. I would rate it as good. We prepaid the breakfast and found it to be very disappointing. The food selection was ok but it was chaotic. No silverware, plates, no where to sit. The staff was overwhelmed. It was a struggle to get a coffee. Needless to say we didn’t have it the next day despite having prepaid it.

You’ll Enjoy Your Stay!

Pretty nice fancy hotel, clean too and, good staff, lots of parking, several restaurants at walking distance. Room was pretty big, clean. Only thing was the microwave was missing in the room (the room had a compartment above refrigerator for a microwave but it wasn’t there). Overall Was surprised by how good the hotel was at the price we paid 😄 Very happy with the stay.
