The hotel, room and bathroom were very, very clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. Great value and would definitely recommend and I would stay there again. Only thing was the back parking lot is very dark at night.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at the Canterbury Inn. The rooms were great and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed the games room. The location is excellent. A short drive or long stroll to the center of old town. A beautiful and adorable spot to stay. Also love that it is a locally owned and operated inn. We always want to support local businesses. Will definitely be back!

Adorable wee place walking distance to restaurant and shops in NOTL. Good sized room, comfy bed. Decor etc all a bit twee and has been around for a bit, but I thought it was cute. Shame there was no fridge in the room.

I did not like the fact they had no elevators. I had to carry my bags up to the second floor. Nice rooms, very clean good bath and the staff is very friendly. But I wish I had an elevator.

Very cute little inn, a bit far out from the city centre, but still walkable. Maybe 10/15 mins to Queen street. The room was very nice and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Only thing to keep in mind: there are no fridges in the rooms so if you want to buy groceries or have leftover food from a restaurant you can only put it in a big shared fridge in the back. Breakfast was good, just wish there were a bit more protein options (scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.). Overall though, very pleasant stay with polite staff and comforting interiors.
