Nice pool Very small room but it was clean with Dove bathroom products. Would have been nice to have larger bath towels. Breakfast available in room and onsite for a price. Parking was plentiful and cost $17 per night.

The best thing about this hotel is convenience. It is walking distance (15 min) to the center of the falls which was necessary for us because that is where we can redeem our Niagara Falls pass. The night Asian market was also close by. You can also see the Niagara fireworks from the parking lot of the hotel.

Location was really good for Clifton Hill and the staff really helpful and polite. We liked the complimentary toiletries. However, the hotel itself is tired and coukd do with a refresh. Did we have a good night's sleep? Yes. But if you're looking for luxury, you'll need to spend more.

I was surprised as to how good this property was. My stay was very comfortable and the staff was AMAZING. Very convenient location - 2 mins walk from all of the action. The pool needs some TLC though.
