Each bed should have 4 pillows per bed. You should not have to ask for a hairdryer. Staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows and a dryer. Extra blankets would also be nice. The room doors need to be updated. They are old and room could easily be broken into. Price and location to the falls was excellent. Good Value with no frills.

Very noisy inside the property from other guests and lack of noise insulation. No extra pillows available. The light from the mirrors was very bright for sleeping we couldn’t turn them off. The outside building lights we flickering and curtains did not block it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean! Would recommend

The lady at the reception who greeted us was very nice and helpful ( gave us information about what's available upon request, where the microwaves are located, the coffe that is available in the lobby early morning). The spatious, renovated room was very clean. The good price (free parking) and the location ( walkable distance to everything) were also factors that influenced our decision to choose Diplomat Inn.

This property is a bare bones property with the room having a bed , small table for two, and a tv. But the entire place is very clean, the front staff are polite and attentive and I don't see how you can go wrong at this price. It even has free parking which is rare in Niagara Falls. They don't have breakfast but they do have free coffee in the morning that is very good. I would have no problem returning to the Diplomat Inn
