Very clean, housekeeping daily (including the tub I had used a sparkly bath bomb in, and was intending to clean myself before we left!!). Warm and helpful staff. Arcade by the pool which was a fun surprise. Spa was very accommodating. The price was very cheap since we booked through Expedia and because it’s off season, but I’d definitely pay summer prices. Beautiful hotel. Will definitely return.

The room was average. Nothing negative to say, just a standard stay you could expect at just about any mid level Hotel at a higher price. Parking was an additional $35.00 above the room fee. Not much choice but to pay it if arriving by car.

Overall, we had a great stay. The service from the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant was excellent, and the environment was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is that when we first lifted the duvet, we found a body hair on the bed, which was quite off-putting, though we just brushed it off and moved on. Also, the quality of the sofa bed mattress could be better. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Staff was the highlight of our stay. Everyone was professional, courteous, and attentive and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Never stayed at a Doubletree hotel before but this stay made new fans out of us. Will look for Doubletree for future stays.

Just walk through the front doors into the lobby and tell me you don’t like this hotel, I dare you. The front staff were courteous and welcoming, parking was easy and close (wish it was underground or covered with cameras being Niagara Falls but we can’t always get what we want). The room was very nice and clean, papa johns is right across the road for late night snacking. All in all I hope the double tree is available for my next Niagara vacation.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean and nice. there was a problem with the heat mechanism, and it blew cold air. Reported it to the front desk, but problem remained. It was not too bad, just slightly chilly. All other amenities were terrific.
