Really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the cost of self parking per night. I feel its alittle to much of a charge where you are doung the parking. $70 per night after you are already paying a premium fir your room.

The place was great but the “To Go” bus service offered through their services was horrible. Due to our ages and health, we relied on this service to take us around. The blue line never showed up on time, if at all. The green line was fine. We paid for nothing, ended up walking. But the hotel was fine.

I paid extra to have higher floor but i got lower floor when i got there. Staff told me i needed to talk to expedia and didn't want to support me. Not frendly at all. This is crazy and i ruined my travel from the beginning. Hotel said the higher floor room is all sold out..how come??? How funny it is even though i booked it more than a month ago but still say that it's all sold out??? No room for me???

Honestly for the money, it’s not that worth it considering how old their TV’s were. Not enough channels to watch, and couldn’t connect my fire tv to the actual TV, since the tvs were pretty old and weren’t compatible. I connected my fire tv stick to the embassy suites in Toronto and I never had an issue. Also I had to pay for WiFi. Thought that would be complimentary at least, since it’s considered a “4 star” hotel but it was asking me to pay for the day. Was not really satisfied.

We upgraded to a newly renovated suite. It was a beautiful room and an exceptional view of both falls and the fireworks.

For the price is was ok. Front end staff rude, not just one but several. They did not like to answer questions, seemed that they did not want to help. Valet staff so nice, from the person at the window to the valet staff. Baggage people super nice. Elevator staff super nice. No water pressure in rooms. Close to restaurants and falls and Casino, good location.

The room was absolutely amazing. The view of the fall from the room was breathtaking. STK in the hotel was awesome entire stay was amazing. I would do it again.
