Very clean everyone was super professional & kind . It made us a family feel safe . Also the suite with falls view was spectacular thanks to everyone from front seat to the door man did a fantastic job can’t wait to go for a longer stay .

Had a great stay . We have always stayed at a better room for years when it was embassy but they gave us a small tight corner room which was more corridor than room . View through the little window was great but still like living off a corridor . A little disappointed not sure if it was because we had originally booked with embassy before the ownership changed Dinner at STL was great and again breakfast was great too . The staff are extremely friendly.

The breakfast was horrible. First they served us even before placing an order. When I wanted to place the order the staff said that I had to pay extra (though it was already included in the breakfast that was booked ) . It was a bad experience. After I raised the issue with the manager (she was professional, nothing against her). She did apologize however that changed nothing about the experience.

It was nice experience we got a new room with falls view. But I had to pay extra to upgrade my room. I already bought a falls view room, but it seems that view had some interruptions as advised by check-in lady. I just think that this kind of hotels anticipate some additional charges for upgrade always. so keep that in mind, but you don’t need to upgrade if you don’t have to. They charge me $70 for an upgrade. But the room was having a nice big window with all view for all the falls including the rainbow bridge.

The room was outstanding, very clean, modern and fresh smelling. I haven't slept as comfortably in a hotel for years, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We were so impressed with our stay, that we are already planning dates on coming back. We ordered from STK and were impressed with their food and high-class standards. This is definitely a 5 stars property and I can't wait to come again!

I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview! Went with my girlfriends for a fun girls night! Bed was super comfortable, didnt even need to bring my own pillow! Hotel was clean, spectacular views and so close to everything! STK for dinner was conveniently close and so much fun! 10/10👌✨️

AMAZING! From the moment we checked-in, we experienced first class service. Special thank you to Fernando for his professionalism and the room upgrade. The views are breathtaking, great girls' getaway! Rooms were spotless (the hotel has been newly renovated) which was a plus. We have a great breakfast, mimosas and eggs benny. Great getaway, we will defiantly return! FYI walking distance to the casino and theater!

I recently stayed at a Hyatt and had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable (always a win), and everything felt fresh and updated. Elevators took an unusually long time every day, which made getting around frustrating. The pedestrian bridge to the falls from the back of the property was closed for the entire stay, which was a big inconvenience. I originally booked when it was Embassy Suites, but it has since transitioned to Hyatt and there was quite a bit of construction going on that impacted the overall experience. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to past stays, with very limited portions and options. On top of that, the additional fees felt excessive. I understand HST is required, but the other charges seemed more like add-ons rather than value, and parking was especially expensive. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, modern, and had a usable fridge. The view was still great, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall, this stay didn’t meet expectations based on my previous visits, which is disappointing. I would hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers making it right.
