We love the pools and the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't like that there's one microwave shared with the entire place there's no way to ensure it's clean and safe for uses is to clean it yourself first and I'm on vacation, cleaning the microwave is NOT a good activity.

The room was great, very clean. The hotel was conveniently located, close enough to walk to most attractions or bus stops. The parking lot was a bit confusing, but we appreciated having complimentary parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially our housekeeping staff.

We liked that the room was so spacious with a large balcony and the access to fresh air. Also the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice with two sink areas. Things seemed very clean. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was a definit bonus. Price was reasonable too with easy access to the falls. Would definitely stay again.
