Meagrely Serviceable for an overnight stay.

My partner and I stayed overnight for a concert. The service in the lobby was very good. Great customer service and very friendly. We got a tower room, which was subpar. The curtains frequently left sight lines into our room open, which wasn’t pleasant. The pillows were flat, lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also mediocre. We found some mysterious fungus on the shower curtain and the mirror shelf in the bathroom had fallen off and not been replaced. On the bright side, parking was plentiful and the underground garage felt safe. Not free though. Overall, for a one-night stay, it was serviceable, but not too satisfying. We appreciated the proximity to Clifton Hill, and it felt safe. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked nice.

My room was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Easy access to Clifton Hill. My view was at the back of the hotel, but it was not bad at all. Will book again at the this hotel.

We love this hotel and stay here often (2-3 times a year if not more) however the rooms do need some work and upgrading. There’s water damage, some other areas that could be updated and would make all the difference in the appearance of this hotel and the rooms!! The front staff were amazing, super friendly. I have seen a lot of negative reviews about this place but what I can say is that my experience staying here was fantastic. Our room was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It's within walking distance of the Clifton Hill area and the Niagara Falls. They do have a restaurant for breakfast and it's definitely reasonable and tastes good. Should I make it out that way again in the future I will be sure to stay here again

My main door wasn’t closing and called the receptionist and they advised it will be fix next day - never got fixed . Chair attached to coffee table is broken , another broken chair. Washroom door requires pant. Cracked in wash basin - TV remote was broken and TV was 24 inches non functional

Front desk staff were very helpful in everything for our experience. The caretaker was personable but showed little attention to his dress, and the housekeeper was very slow and kept us waiting to get back into our room. The dining room staff were all very friendly and service was great. Will go back to the hotel again

Unbelievable expensive slippers!

I felt shock they were charging me the slippers at CAD 11.30 at the evening after check out. Thank god they don’t charge the amenities! It’s really an expensive slippers!!!!!!!!!!
