Cleanliness was great however, what stood out the most is the absolute awesome staff. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Never once greeted without an amazing smile and a warm hello. The young lady by the name Quetina (truest apologies if I butchered the spelling) is a huge asset for their business. She makes you feel like family. We had an issue with securing an Uber for an event that we had a set time for arrival to attend, she went so far as to call and make arrangements for us a ride on her own. We 100% recommend a stay.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was always fresh and there were various options. The parking lot and area around the hotel was safe. The location is within walking distance to the Falls.

The staff was SO KIND and helpful. The hotel is just VERY OLD. It could have had a deep cleaning. I was attracted to the hotel for the old vibes but there was just a lot of things that were very dirty it stained.

I LOVE the Giacomo. They are friendly. They are attentive. Perfect location from Canadian side of falls and NY as well as walking distance from everything. Amazing breakfast buffet in morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

What a neat historical hotel! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very cozy and very well furnished. We really enjoyed the extra sitting area in the evening. The breakfast was very good too! Really appreciated the free coffee and cookies available in the entry and the bar was super nice. Probably the best part of this hotel was the great location! Right down the street from The Niagara State Park! The staff told us we could go up to the very top floor and view the fireworks they did over the Falls every night too! That was a great way to view them! The area around the hotel had several restaurants and the parking was in a secure gated lot right across the street. If your going to the park, this is definitely the hotel to stay in!

If we enjoy our stay, very convenient to Niagara Falls. Very nice lounge with great observation of the surrounding area. Breakfast with many options to choose from included in the price of our stay. Staff were very courteous and helpful about our visit.
