We did sponge baths because the bathroom was disgusting. The vending machine was $4 for water, but didn't give change so it was $5. There was one soap for the bathroom. There should be an option to upload a picture. The bathroom in 305 needs grouting and remove the stains. There were pubic hairs on the ground. Totally disgusting. People get up early and ar 630 you would think there would be at least coffee in the lobby.

The first night we had no air conditioning room was very warm did t get much sleep maintenance could t fix it. Hotel was full couldn’t move rooms. Next day it was fixed. Booked because it had a pool … was nasty very cloudy and couldn’t see the bottom was like white. Disappointed but know to go some where else if we want a pool.

This was my first time staying at Wingate. However, the floor was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet bowl had grimed that could be cleaned and the bath tub floor as well. I was very disappointed, won’t stay again. Priscilla at the front desk was very kind, professional and helpful.

It's not worth it based on what we been charged. I guess it's better to check other good hotel laying $50 more. Bathroom ventilation wasn't working. They don't offer body cream needed after shower. Shower isn't good. But good thing is it's walkable to Niagara falls all points. Staff was very helpful.

While the place was convenient for a short stay, I was disappointed when I learned the pool was closed during my stay. My kids were looking forward to that as at night time there’s nothing much to do around. Also, I planned to work from my room for a few hours. However, wifi is not private, no password required, impeding me from connecting my work computer to the wifi for security reasons.

The staff is always so friendly. The hotel is always nice and clean. Breakfast is great to have too. Location is great to walk to the Falls. We did find a few hairs on the shower wall that weren’t ours but other than that, the place is great.

There were stains on the mattress, dirt and dust on the floor. I find it offensive to pay to park my car in the lot that is there, when I am paying over a hundred dollars a night. Parking should be free.
