Wonderful couple provided a lovely stay in a beautiful setting. We stayed 2 nights in the queen suiteâŠ2 bedrooms connected by a shared bath. Began each day with a chef provided breakfast. Close to shops and wineries but quiet and had living room dining room and front patio to enjoy as well.
The entire home was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were wonderful and set up on our time schedule. There was a fan in our room which was great, given the unexpected heat wave. There really was not room for our two suitcases in our room, so we couldn't use it for anything but sleeping and getting clean. The TV was in a common room, but it was a satellite one, which without help we couldn't use. The pluses far outweighed the minuses. The area and the home were quiet and the home was lovely. I would recommend it.
Communal areas to meet other guests is a great feature.
Kings Street is very long if walking. However the owners did give me a lift to the coach park 7mins away.
Wow wow wow What a beautiful place! The hosts Anne and Allan so nice. Easy to chat. Anne prepared a fabulous breakfast for both mornings we were there and wow she is an outstanding chef!!! And she gave us great wineries and dinners recommendations.
I would definitely recommend her B&B it is very close to the Old Town and well located on a cul de sac street so very quiet.
We enjoyed a lovely couple of days at this peaceful B and B . Our host were friendly and made us feel most welcome. Anneâs homemade breakfasts were delicious. The rooms are spotless and relaxing on the front porch in the evening watching the cardinals was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic two day stay at the Dicksons B and B. The guestroom and lounge were immaculately clean and comfortable, with calming decor and furnishings. Anne's breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. Anne and Alan were charming hosts. We will definitely stay there again when visiting the Niagara peninsula.
What a peaceful place to stay with a delicious and hearty breakfast at the edge of lovely Niagara on the Lake! Anne and Alan were kind hosts - will be recommending their home to friends if they are traveling to the area!
We loved our stay with the Dicksons. Breakfasts stood out as extraordinary! The only drawback for us was that it was a mile walk to town, which was challenging for us.
We had a really lovely stay at Dickson family suites. Alan and Anne are lovely and so adaptable in their delicious breakfast. We would have appreciated being able to close the doors to the bathroom to block the light and a grab bar in the bath room but everything else was absolutely perfect. I will be recommending Dickson Family Suites to my family.
An absolutely beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Both the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Dicksons B&B.
Very easy -no contact-check in. Plenty of space and very convenient to the Old Town section.
Clean with a terrific breakfast and even better innkeepers.
Plus the friendliest dog.
Highly recommend.
My new husband and I went here for our mini honeymoon to explore the wine region. We were served wonderful breakfasts every morning. The space was clean, organized and exactly what we needed after such a hectic time. Alan and Anne were fantastic hosts.
I especially loved the little touches like self serve tea and coffee.
This area is also near many wineries where you can drive or bike. There is a bike rental about a 20 min walk!
Quiet, country surroundings, but close walk to shops and restaurants.
Breafast was superb. Eggs were delicious.
Fresh fruit, toastand potatoes, coffee was hot plentiful and everything was tasty.
A simply terrific accommodation in an idyllic setting. Hosts Ann and Alan very friendly and helpful and a source of useful information. Breakfast excellent. In short, a 5 star experience at a reasonable price.
