Modern amenities amidst Provence charm

This was our 5th visit to the area, having stayed in smaller villages previously. This location was perfect and the villa had everything we needed. The owner was super responsive and pleasant.

Touring South of France

Lovely property, conveniently located 5 minutes from St Paul de Vence. House nicely appointed, quiet area with great outdoor space. Use of pool was great given the hot weather! Had an issue with the washing machine, but otherwise everything worked well. Host David was very responsive overall and will get the washer fixed. For us, it was a good reminder to avoid Bosch appliances! Would recommend for others.

A Splendid and Magnificent Property in the heart of Provence

Our family of five (5) had the most incredible time at Philippe’s property. The property is nestled in a quiet and peaceful corridor and within a 25 minute walk to the village of St. Paul to Vence. The location itself served central to all major city and town locations including Nice, Villefranche, Cagnes Sur Mer etc. The home and amenities were excellent and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and hope to have the opportunity to visit again next year!

It is a short drive from Saint Paul De Vance Village, which is beautiful. There is a gate but the opener was not working, so you would have to exit the vehicle and manually open and close the gate every time you wanted to come and go. The only concern we had was there was no shampoo, and not enough toilet paper. This was something we had to go and purchase on our own. We are just not used to this from the different rentals we have been in the past

Modern Villa with outstanding outdoor space

We had a great time in Saint-Paul de Vence and surroundings. The villa is spacious, well equipped and the outdoor space is incredible. The village is a 15m-20m walk on a quiet path. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive.

Great Retreat SPot

We were using this home on our last leg of our European trip and were very pleased. The home had all we needed, the pool was perfect to relax in and Philippe went out of his way to help even with our early arrival. Convenient to get to grocery and get ubers to about anywhere you wanted to go! Highly recommend.
