You can enjoy the outside communal areas: the estate has a large swimming pool and terrace accessible all year round, with swimming possible from April to October, and offering panoramic views over the valley to the sea, and over the ramparts of St Paul de Vence from the pool. Deckchairs and sun loungers provided by the pool. You can walk around the estate, which is enclosed and secure, and enjoy a bench between the trees and shrubs in the communal areas near the house, accessible by a staircase beside the well, to which you can add the deckchairs provided.
