Equipped with three bedrooms and able to accommodate up to six people, it is ideal for a family stay or with friends, between beaches, picturesque alleyways and local culture.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

This beautiful four-room apartment is located in the heart of Old Nice, just 50 metres from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Nestled in a historic 17th-century building with authentic charm, it will seduce lovers of old stones and history. The building has an imposing staircase, and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor, in a completely pedestrian street. You can enjoy the charm of the colourful streets of Old Nice and the Cours Saleya market just steps from your accommodation. You are also very close to the famous Jean Medecin avenue.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:

The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.

Situation idéale pour visiter

Appartement atypique, un peu sombre, spacieux. Dommage que les lits et les chaises manquent de confort. La rue peut être bruyante la nuit. La chambre bleue est très bien pour 1 personne ou 2 enfants mais pas 2 adultes. Sinon l'emplacement est idéal et le rapport qualité prix correct. Excellent accueil, l'agence est aux petits soins 👌
