The apartment is part of the "Mediterranean Palace" Building (5 star Hyatt Regency hotel). You have access to Concert hall, Casino and Restaurant in the building.

The building is highly secured with cameras, special keys to enter building and to operate the lifts and security guards and firemen are present in the building. The modern structure brings even more comfort with it's soundproof isolation and double glazed windows and the building is newly constructed with latest earthquake safety standards.

It was the perfect combination of being in a central location in Nice but in a quiet inside garden with friendly and outstanding support by the owners deputy (Roxanne). We had a great time in Nice and will come back next year to the same place.

Great stay and wonderful hostess!

Our stay was very pleasant and Roxanne our hostess was absolutely a delight as she took care of every request. The location is the best you can ask for as it is close to everything including restaurants, shopping and of course across the street from the beach area. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with little attention to details such as proper sized linens for the bed and more comfortable pillows. Overall a great stay and would come back again!

Best apartment & location!We spent 2 weeks in a beautiful apartment in Nice, which is the best location. Apartment located in Hyatt Residence across the beach with quiet yard where you can enjoy listening to birds. The manager of the apartment Roxanne is a very professional and nice person who helped us with everything and provided a lot of recommendations. We highly suggest staying in this modern, clean, and quiet place with great central location close to all restaurants, promenade, shopping malls, and public transportation.

Short Stay in Nice

Spent 5 days here in mid October. Location is perfect ....and apartment as well, A 2 minute walk to the Promenade... and steps from restaurants,shops,bakeries. Elevatorand a lovely,large terrace accessible from either the living area or the bedroom.Very clean. Communication with Roxanne from check-in to check-out was easy. She met us at the entrance to the apt., gave an overview of the area, how to operate the washing machine,dishwasher etc. And answered questions that arose promptly. Planning a longer visit in the near future and this apt will be our go to.

Great Place

We had a great 7 night stay. Very comfortable and well stocked with towels and paper products. Great location. We walked to most all the sites and restaurants. Eat at the recommended restaurants. Great place to enjoy the promenade and easy transport to Monaco, Antibe and others.

Wonderful Location in Nice

We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again.

We spent 5 days in Nice. The location is amazing and the 1 bedroom apartment was large, clean and had everything that we needed. Roxanne was amazing from the moment we booked the apartment, during check-in and all throughout our stay. She offered several suggestions for places that might interest us. Great apt in Nice

The apt is just like the advertisement. It’s in a courtyard right behind the hotel on the promenade. Learned we could go out the back or the passage to the promenade. It was a lovely setting. Great communication. Lots of great suggestions for places. We had to learn how to use the Moka coffee maker and she sent us a video. Coffee came out great! Location was perfect. Appreciated the snacks provided. Used the washing machine with ease and clothes dried on racks on the terrace or the towel warmer . The AC worked well in most of the apt. A fan in the living room would have helped cool that area. Loved the automatic shades for privacy and darkening the rooms . Recommendation is to leave a folder with how to information and FAQ to save all the texts and voice messages. Roxanne was lovely and do helpful.

The location is perfect, the building is clean and secure. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious with double sliding doors to large balcony that overlooks the meticulously designed and maintained gardens, modern, lovely, and beautiful. This was our first visit but definitely not the last visit. Roxanne assisted with our check in and walked us through all the details needed for our 2 week stay. She was always a text away if needed. She is sincerely kind, caring, and helpful.
