Amazing location close to all shops and lots of restaurants as well as public transportation. The room is very clean and very modern even with fridge, stove, coffee maker really convenient. The service is great the staff is very friendly and willing to provide lots of info. Great value for the price.

I stayed in a room near the staircase 102, and I heard everything. People walking up and down the stairs, passing by and chatting and talking until the morning from evening and could barely sleep. Also, the bathroom wasn’t very clean in the shower. I also didn’t appreciate that there wasn’t an elevator but that’s alright since it is France.

The property was clean and moden, but small. They did warn me that there are renovations upstires and you might hear some noise. Unfortunatly renovations with loud banning contunued till 11pm when I wanted to rest. Although staff explained that to the construction group they contunued to work. I did not getr proper rest that night.

Great location/hub for a French Riviera vacation.

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Nice accessing transport options and airport. Accomodation is excellent value for money, particularly when you consider the cost of food and drink in Nice. Hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service

Excellent and super friendly staff who are very welcoming and helpful! Location is fabulous! Rooms are very small and lack dressers and storage space. The staff friendliness compensated for any shortcomings. There is no elevator in the hotel which could be difficult for mobility issues. Hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I would return to this place again.

Super cozy place. Room is great. Love the decor. The only thing is the many stars you have to go up w your suitcase. However this was disclosed in the description.

Excellent staff! Facility is small, rooms are small and without dressers. No elevator in building which is a bit challenging when carrying luggage or bags. Quiet during nighttime. Close proximity to everything. Staff is wonderful!!
